As a former top amatuer and professional boxer, I am well versed in the conditioning of any athlete. Boxers are the most well conditioned athletes in the world. Boxers have to have optimum strength and still keep their speed. Also, if you are going to fight for basically 30 min. then you better have excellent endurance. So to be brief, I will give tips on the one thing I really do know--how to get in shape-- the way fighters get in shape.
